Chlorophyll is very healthy for us but it is NOT because it puts oxygen in to our blood stream!!
The oxygen level in our blood stream is very important indeed and it is managed by our BREATHING.

Too much oxygen in your blood will make you dizzy. If u doubt that try breathing fast a few times right now!!

Chlorophyll is beneficial to our bodies because of the nutrients and the life force it contains, NOT because of the oxygen.

This is my first time seeing and hearing you, and I enjoyed the video about the sprouts. I have been doing the raw food diet for over 8 years and I am still learning! Thanks for sharing this information!
