  1. Great way to cook a fried egg! Going to try that. I watched a programme about the added protein debate and nutritionist was saying unless your training like an Olympic athlete people don't need extra protein in the form of shakes etc so long as your getting a good amount within a balanced diet. Even vegetarians! Liked the fried rice idea as well, always interested to pick up new meal ideas like this!
