We are going to do now an exercise which will
incorporate your abs, your core and your shoulders. We will lie backwards, hold the bar with two
hands, then we’ll lift the legs off the ground and we’ll start by taking the left hand towards
the left knee while the other hand will come towards the body and then we’ll switch. (Demonstrating)
