Fruits aren't good, for the most part (unless we count squashes as fruit, they're okay). Fructose is poison.

How about a video on meal sizes? I'm sure that my meal sizes are too big, but I don't know what the right size to eat is.

Excellent video. More people should be informed of how they can get "organic quality" produce without paying the high prices that come from the certification process.

I totally agree with buying local! Many local farmers (where I am from) only use pesticides if and when they have an infestation. Often they don't, so their food is as good as organic. Plus, it's good for my wallet, and the local economy!

Kroger has an isle that sells organic produce!:)

I don't live by a local farmer's market. 🙁 Only convenient stores and popular chains such as Walmart, Kroger, and Ingles. None carry organic produce, which is sad.
