  1. all fruits including banana strawberrys from the supermarket are fake fuits, full of chemicals no flavor, they will give you make more hurt than good

  2. And Nancy Clark outta know better, hard to believe….just can't get over the red meat and fish???…..very tough on your system, a runner wants better than that………: green leafy, pure edamame-not processed, nuts and seeds, beans..combos of these….watch the meats…all the others great
