resistance cord feet shoulder width apart hold onto the handles palms facing the body at shoulder level put weight on your heels, hinge your hips
back and bend at the knees dropping down to a ninety degree angle the benefit of this exercise is adding load
to your lower body to help increase strength and core stability Remember… feet on cord shoulder width apart palms face the body drop to a ninety degree angle build a better foundation from the ground
up leaving no body muscles untouched
