To do the Romanian deadlift, start with your
feet hip-width apart. Overhand grip with your hands just outside your thighs. Shoulders back and chest up in order to keep
the spine flat which is key throughout the whole movement. Bend at the hip, so that the barbell comes
just below the kneecap and your eyes are fixed on the floor about a metre in front of you. Knees stay tracked in line with the toes and
drive the hips and squeeze the glutes.
