  2. I find it easier to accept knowledge about nutrition from people who practice what they preach AND look healthy, fit and strong for their age. Furthermore, a litttle energy and ‘life’ wouldn’t go amiss. My own personal experience is that LCHF diet make lean, strong, healthy and fit. Carbohydrates and industrial oils in any significant amounts damage my health.

  4. There is an enormous amount of really important information here, but my goodness, the packaging is so boring that it is not surprising that people don't watch programmes like this. I get it, it is education/university….but perhaps if you 'package' this information in a more attractive wrapper, you could get through to many more people?

  6. Stopped watching when he said cholesterol has calories and is part of the total fat on the nutrition facts label. Cholesterol is a “sterol” and the body cannot derive any energy from it, therefore it has no calories.

  7. This is the most efficient weight loss guidebook that I've ever come across. I have dropped 8.5 pounds. I wish I could have googled about "fizy unique plan" (Google it) just before with out wasting my time on some other products.


  9. This video is mostly Old Guard nonsense. There is not one study that shows dietary saturated fat (or cholesterol) causes cardio-vascular disease. It is Old Guard Doctor Dogma. Move on. Tackle real health issues.

  11. Sugar alcohols, like xylitol, INCREASES tooth decay risk? Since when? I never got the memo on that one… My understanding is that it decreases your risk of tooth decay. Which is it?

  12. They laughed when i told them i was planing to lose weight with just using Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after i showed these people incredible results after i used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course i won't tell them the detail about this diet plan, hahaha

  14. I eat whatever i can, im 32yrs old, 6'4" and weight 155lbs. Im always eating, from eggs to mashed potatoes, lots of fruits and i love vegetables, home made soup, im not picky at all, very little junk food. Always look for food with high calories, cant never gain weight and with all honesty i havent got sick since i was 21yrs, not even a flue. Got food poisoned once. Now i started drinking beer, its been two months and im getting a very tiny little belly 🙁

  15. There is no longer "high scientific agreement" that saturated fat and cholesterol is associated with coronary heart disease, but perhaps he will deal with this in a later video.

  16. The speaker is fat, how can anyone take his advice on what to eat? Eating like him will make people look like him, which is the typical look of people that had died of heart disease or cancers. A whole food vegan diet (not raw) has never produced any fat people apart from its benefits in dramatically reducing cancers, heart disease, diabetes and all the other common chronic diseases in countries that eats the most animal products.

I used to eat eggs, and meats and veg and the very very small amount of carbs (litte chips or potato etc)  I used to be at my exact weight I should be and felt BRILLIANT! for some reason I listened to people and started eating ALOT less of it and changed to more fruits, more carbs (starchy ones) and oatmeals and breakfast bars (basiclly more Sugars and less fats)  I now am a stone or so UNDERWEIGHT and feel like SHIT!   Most people would be OVERWEIGHT but I never was a huge eater, therefor I went in the  other direction. My blood sugar is OK still, thank god!  But I have now gone back to eating WHOLE foods, full fat milk, full fat this and that, slowly but surely putting the weight back on to my normal weight!   Im 5ft 10 – age 29. I should be around the 10.5.11 stone mark, Im just around 9.5!  DON'T EAT SUGAR! FAT IS GOOD FOR YOU! all kinds!

  20. As soon as he said eggs were part of a healthy diet I had to turn this off.  He doesn't have a clue what he is talking about the pudgy bugger.  Looks like he practices what he preaches.  Im not buying.

Congratulations, now you know what we thought was healthy in the last century.  The scientific consensus has been building recently that our ancestors had it right…  For example, read the NYT article "What if it's all been a big fat lie?"  You don't need to be afraid of healthy saturated fats like this guy is.

    We've been eating white bread, margarine, fat-free everything, breakfast cereal, etc. like this guy is advocating for decades and we're sicker than ever.

    I have almost ruined myself by dieting in order to reduce weight and my family was very worried, because i use to gain and loose weight abruptly.

    Luckily, I started using this "How To Eat" mobile app by lokesh which made me eat the right foods and in right way and using a game like points etc.and made it funny!

    now, i have reduce weight in a clean way

Does anyone else find it so strange that the people are being scolded for eating an unhealthy diet when the cheapest and most readily available food in the environment is unhealthy?  Looking at it from my current perspective, it's actually laughable the incongruity of the whole situation. It's like the health officials find it frustrating that no one will follow their guidelines. People are going to eat what is cheap and readily available in the environment. Plain and simple. I think America is going to fail in the next 50 to 100 years if it continues with the contradictory path of giving capitalism free reign and claiming that it is up to the individual to make wise choices.

    It's pure fantasy to imagine such a policy is sustainable.

  25. Wanna get every essential nutrient? Eat eggs and animals, including their organs, like the liver. Look up Essential Nutrients on Wikipedia. Then follow each and look at the sources to find those nutrients. Might find a plant here or there that contains more of a particular nutrient, but nothing but meat and eggs contain ALL.  

  26. 1:56 Vitamin D doesn't naturally exist in milk? Maybe in the pasteurized crap in the grocery stores. That's why it's added back in. Ugh. He spouts the exact same nonsense we've been hearing for 30+ years, mixes it up a bit, and then presents it as new? I'll go ahead and finish watching. But this sounds like the same dogma that's caused the obesity and diabetes epidemics we're dealing with now.

  28. Come on people! Talk about shooting the messenger and avoiding the message. Who cares if he's a glutton and a sloth he makes a whole lot of sence. Somethings wrong in the state of Denmark and only a few people have the guts to openly discuss what that is! In europe we dont even put frucotse on our labels we only put "sugar added" which is a problem as we actually dont know what's being added to our food. 
    Him being a schollar and researcher just makes it more trustworthy as opposed to a self-proclaimed diet evangelists out there.

  30. would be interested to hear a bit more about his take on red meat, especially the mechanisms in which it facilitates health issues and maybe other perspectives on why its considered bad and if its the meats fault or the way its grown.(diet of cows/hormones/antibiotics)

    maybe also his perspective on polyunsaturated fats and inflammation more broadly and how these things effect the body/disease.

  33. These lecture vids need to be split up into smaller chunks, say only 30 mins at a time. Harder to sit thru 2 hours than smaller time-slots.
