  1. i like that ppl feel the need to swear special clothes to go to a gym…. gotta be all reflective n shit on the treadmill to avoid traffic. How will people know I'm active if I don't have bright orange shoes?

  2. This is why when you become a gym member, you actually take full advantage of the place and get a solid workout regimen in. Don't waste money if all you are trying to do is cardio, you can get that outside or in your house.

  3. And it was forgotten the "buy our powder protein shakes" which youll pay hundreds per month or in last resort shots to get ripped even faster.

  4. Do what I do mfers. Get a 40lbs dumbbell. Do 2 sets of 25 and jog three miles. Do this every other day and you will be ripped but always cruel YOUR limit. I'm 20 and 150lbs so 45lbs dumbbells suit me.

  5. Best $20 bucks month just go there for free tanning and there wicked relaxin message chairs. Going cancel in August 2019. Go in spring/summer 3 times a week and never ever sweat LMAO. I did lose water weight since cut beer and sugar crap outta my diet. Do love looking at those ppl working so hard for that a$s laugh inside meh.

  6. The most important part of the gym besides equipment, is the environment. You go and make a habit. At home, you feel comfortable and content with stability. Walk out the door into a gym environment and you feel an inkling to train. As long as you make it to the gym, you'll more likely be willing to participate for the health benefits and interests.

  7. The crazy part is 60 pushups, 60 crunches everyday in your living room, and an 8 minutes mile twice a week around the block is enough exercise for any human.

  8. I've been fit and I've been fat. Both times I've been harassed by people. Harassed for looking really good and harassed for looking like a fat pig. People enjoy bullying people and and they will bully good-looking people as well.

  9. Getting fit is extremely difficult for some people you would have to join a gym have equipment in your home and run and walk and have a bike. I did all those things and I was nearly a pro bodybuilder back when I was in my late 30s. But I lived a fitness lifestyle

  10. Hey Roger. As a personal trainer sick of the fitness industries insane and money hungry policies, I do commend you on most of your video. Considering exercise only counts for 15% of the effort used for getting in shape. 80% is dependent on your diet and the remaining 5% is supplements. Supplements that hopefully give you any nutrition that you shouldn't get from your diet; supplements that are not tested by the FDA and have no clinical research on the harmful effects on the human body. Meaning 85%of the effort should be in the kitchen. As a personal trainer, i am appalled when my employers have me charge over $80/hour session just for me to tell a guy how to squat correctly.

  11. My gym has a sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. Sure I only work out two times a week but will go to the gym after work to use the jacuzzi and steam. That’s worth 24$ a month to me. But ya, on a whole, contracts for memberships are complete sh*t

  12. gyms are amazing. i met so many of my friends there. we share a passion to get stronger and look better! investing in yourself is not a bad thing if you are dedicated to the gym 🙂
