My dad brought a box of sweet potatoes. I have to eat up all these sweet potatoes. My mom once told me that it tasted good when taking sweet potatoes and brownies together. I tried making brownies out of healthy ingredients, sweet potatoes. I handled the sweet potatoes. I put inside the microwave oven by 4 minutes +3 minutes and another 2 minutes. It becomes delicious by doing so. This is a giant fork, but it doesn’t seem like it in the screen. As it is a chestnut sweet potatoes, it was difficult to mash it down. Inside the stand bowl, I added some dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate by boiling on the hot water. After a while, it will melt like this. Melt them totally by mixing them smoothly. Add some sunflower seed oil, which increases the calories… haha The thought that you will have brownies means that you should give up with your diet. Pour all the sweet potatoes into the bowl. Although it doesn’t mix well, if you keep on mixing it, it ends up being mixed. It’s not a dung. According to how sweet the potatoes are, add the honey accordingly. I thought it was too sweet, but my mom said it was just appropriate. (My mom should stop eating sweets…) Add oatmeal powder( Wheat powder possible), I also sprinkled some cocoa powders too. Very condensed. Although the texture is very hard, it ends up being mixed when you keep on mixing them. I forgot to add some salt on it. Two pinches of salt is enough for the brownies. The dough is almost ready~!! There were some hazelnut left in the refrigerator, so I sprinkled some too. It helps to make the texture better, and it even goes well with chocolate. It kind of makes it feel like Nutella. If you add this into the brownie, it is complete!! How many times am I mixing? As the dough wasn’t enough, I layered on the mold very thin. If you want to enjoy the brownie when hot, bake them by putting in the bowl like the scoop brownie. I added some coconut slice that my mom likes. Add some pressure while sprinkling so that the coconut slice won’t fall out. Sprinkle it enough and now you’re ready. Bake it on the oven under 170 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. And then your brownie is ready. When you don’t cool the brownie enough, they will all break down. When you cool it enough, you can barely lift it with your hand. When it is hot, you can enjoy its soft texture instead. As I cut it without being patient, its shape got crumbled. The bitter taste of dark chocolate and the sweetness from the sweet potato goes well. Although made out of healthy ingredients, the taste doesn’t differ a lot from other brownies. After cooling down enough, I’ll decorate with the Halloween decorations on two of the pieces. I used the Whole wheat tortillas that I used when making Mexican Tacos, by breaking them down into pieces. This is a homemade Nutella, which is used to decorate letters. Although it doesn’t seem like letters, I will try hard writing on the tortillas. Trying to make it look like a grave. In order to make it look like a mini pumpkin, I’ll draw the face on the chickpea. As the chocolate came out too much, it just looks dirty 🙁 Trying my very best to fix it. It looks worse. What a pity……………. Scratch the brownie with knife after cooling it enough. Stand the grave looking tortillas, and then put the chickpeas that are pretending to look like a pumpkin. Stick the Halloween garland as well. Actually, I wasn’t planning to do the halloween version, but I spent two hours just to decorate this.
