    Spaetzle Recipe

    6 eggs
    2 cups white flour
    1/4 cup farina
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 – 1 tsp salt (per your taste)

    Press batter slowly into 3 quarts of boiling SALTED water (be sure to add some oil to water to keep Spaetzle from sticking together), holding the press 2 to 3 inches for SHORT noodles or 4 to 5 inches for LONG noodles above the boiling water. As soon as noodles rise to the top, drain well and rinse in hot or cold water.
